I would like to express my sincere appreciation to you and Emergency Solutions for going above and beyond to help me incorporate Response Master into our everyday operations here at Tivoli Volunteer Fire Department.  We have been able to streamline our reporting, inventory, inspections and have even been able to start receiving much needed funds from cost recovery through Emergency Solutions.  The training offered has made the transition smooth.  Jim has been a great resource to help me through hiccups since day one and continues to call in to see how things are running.  I couldn’t be more satisfied with the services and our department is in a much better place now that we are utilizing these services.
